Mimi is a 2 year old female Boxer. She has come into rescue through no fault of her own, she has been much loved and will make a good addition to most homes. She would like new owners who are around for a good part of the day as she does love her human companions. She does have the potential to be re homed as an only dog but our preference would be for a resident dog in her new home a calm and gentle role model who will give her a little confidence and show her the ropes.
She is loving her walks but can still be a little nervous, she will continue to grow in confidence when she finds her forever home. Mimi is a calm dog who is very gentle, she is small for a boxer but perfectly formed. Mimi travels well in the car and is clean and quiet overnight, she does like to sleep in a room with her humans but is quite happy on her bed so long as she knows your there.
Mimi takes no notice of cats so could be homed with a dog savvy cat, she would be better with an older calmer gentle dog as a role model. As we have a limited history for Mimi older children 10+ please. She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatments.
Mimi did also have a small cyst removed from the top of her head whilst she was spayed. There are no ongoing issues with this and it was not anything to be concerned about. We will be happy to share her medical history with applicants being home vetted.
Mimi is currently being fostered in Bagshot Surrey.
