Ney – 3-4 year old male Border Collie

Ney is a 3-4 year old male Border Collie. Black and white with tan on his face and a long coat, that’s Ney! Ney is a very good boy: very sociable, affectionate and trustful – not shy or wary at all. He really loves people, he loves children, and is sociable with all dogs. He loves making friends, playing, and long walks. He needs daily exercise as he’s an active dog. He’s fostered; he’s house-trained and calm at home. Ney was rescued in October 2018, he lived with many siblings in a home in Spain but their owner was not taking proper care of them, so they were taken away from him. He hasn’t been cat-tested.

Fosterer’s report: He walks very well on the lead and his recall is good. As usual with Border Collies, he is remarkably smart and obedient. He gets on well with the other dogs in his foster home. Current location is in a foster home in Spain can travel to the UK once he has a home to go to. Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, Neutered, Microchipped, Pet Passport, FREE 4 weeks Pet Insurance to be activated from the link on our website, Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.

For Dogs coming from Spain: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (if old enough), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.

We can not home dogs from Spain to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough. Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.

Adoption Fee : £ 285 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
