Luna is nearly 4 month old Podenco mix girly being fostered in Spain ready to travel in a few weeks. This lovely dog along with her sister Pearl was born in rescue to their lovely mum who has since found a home with a Podenco rescue in Scotland picture of them both together. She is still in Spain but will be ready to travel in a few weeks picture of her mum on her sisters profile.
Lovely Luna is in foster with Aunty Sue a very experienced and lovely foster mummy in Spain with her 3 adult dogs and two other puppies she is fostering- Luna she describes as confident very loving dog, doing well with her training and now off the lead on walks – she is crate trained and been given the best of starts.
Luna is remember a Podenco mix basically Lurcher, sighthound – they are a beautiful lovely dogs – but need experienced homes due to their rubbish recalls and prey drive when out and about – this lovely girl will be trained off the lead so need responsible homes who will continue the hard work their foster carers have put into them – they will need to attend dog training classes, no full time workers or very young children as they need your time.
Luna will have a passport, be fully vaccinated and chipped – you will have to spay her when she is old enough if you feel you could be the right home for this lovely girl please email us for our questionnaire in the first instance .
