Nina – 3-4 year old female Cross-Breed

Nina is a 3-4 year old female Cross-Breed. Nina is a beautiful, long coated, dark brown, tan and white tiny girl. She stands at 36 cm high (withers) and 69 cm long and weighs 12 km. This tiny girl is shy and wary with strangers, but only for around 24 hours: that’s how long it takes her to trust people and demand cuddles! She doesn’t growl or mouth when she doesn’t trust someone, she just goes to a corner and avoids contact. Once she overcomes her initial shyness and trusts people, she’s very affectionate, she loves nothing more than cuddling on the sofa and she loves chairs, she likes to nap in chairs. Nina likes going out for walks and she still pulls a bit on the lead, she needs to improve that. She’s not very strong so it’s easy to control.

We are looking for a home with another friendly little dog to help Nina with her confidence. She is fostered in a flat and she is perfectly home-trained. She is not a nervous or boisterous dog, her level of energy is medium. Fosterer’s report: She is obedient and when she is off lead at the park, her recall is good and she goes back running towards us. She is quite smart!. She is sociable with dogs, she is currently fostered with dogs here. She likes to play with other dogs. We don’t know if she’s compatible with cats. She is left alone every day for a few hours and she behaves well and doesn’t ruin anything at home.

Current location is in a foster home in Spain can travel to the UK once she has a home to go to. Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, spayed, microchipped, Pet Passport. FREE 4 weeks Pet Insurance to be activated from the link on our website. Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.

For Dogs coming from Spain: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (if old enough), parasite treatment and transport to the UK. We can not home dogs from Spain to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough. Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.

Adoption Fee : £ 335 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
