Please meet fabulous Fabian! Fabian is a gorgeous Collie of 16 months old. He joined us when his owner struggled to cope with such an active breed! Fabian absolutely adores other dogs so can live with other dogs or be the only dog, in typical Collie fashion he likes to herd and stalk other animals so if he is with other dogs he needs a dog that will tolerate this.
Fabian will be suitable to live with older children age 10 plus. He will need someone that is around alot, as he is young and active and will need ongoing training. Fabian needs an experienced owner that is aware of collie energy. Fabian is great off the lead and has fab recall, he will stay with the other dog. He is very people orientated and is never far from his handler. He is house trained and can be crated for short periods.
Fabian would make a great family pet for an active family home, and would equally be great for a young or older couple that love walking – he LOVES exercise and play time! Fabian loves to snuggle with other dogs, and you if he can get away with it – for the most part of the day if you are with him he is a couch potato and likes to snuggle and sleep!
Fabian is ball obsessed and would be fantastic at flyball or agility! I absolutely adore this little lad, he has been the perfect house guest and his adopters will be very lucky indeed to adopt him, he is stunning both inside and out!
