Blade is an 18 month old male Lurcher boy who is super playful and wants an active home. Blade came into foster last weekend and he really is a fabulous boy. He is nervous of new situations and people but soon comes round and then he becomes a typical lively, giddy puppy – he loves to play, would benefit from an active family and someone who can give him the exercise he wants. He will still be spooked by some things – he was terrified of traffic noise on the underpass the other day. but when he is settled he loves cuddles, giving kisses and generally being a sweetheart.
He will happily go into a crate to sleep or to chew his treats. Travels well in the car. He is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. When he gets over giddy he will jump up and mouth – which is not ideal but easily worked on and it is nothing more than play. He seems fine with most other dogs and with children 8+ but he hasn’t been around young children and cannot live with cats.
Currently in Rotherham.
