Hi everyone! My name is Bazza and I’m a 2 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Unfortunately my owner is now working long hours and doesn’t have time to give me the time I need and want. I have been microchipped, neutered and vaccinated. I have only ever lived as the only dog and would like to be the sole dog in my new home. I cannot live with cats or small furries. I have lived with my current family since I was 6 months old and have lived with children from newborn up to 4 years old. Whilst I love my little people and am incredibly good with them. I can knock them over inadvertently when I get a little over excited!

I am walked on a harness and could do with some lead training as I do tend to pull. I am quite wary of bigger dogs and will give a warning grumble if they are too ‘in my face’. I love playing with smaller dogs! I’m not let off lead when out and about but I would come back for treats if there are no other distractions around! I’m fine to be left for a few hours each day and am fully house trained. I travel well in the car and will need a secure garden!

Here’s what my current family say about me: Bazza is a friendly, playful, energetic, loving dog. Bazza loves being around people he gets very excited when we have visitors and likes to jump up at them to say hello, he will follow us around the house like our shadow but is okay with being left for a few hours on his own we just normally leave the radio on for him. Bazza has been amazing with our young son and he has adapted so well when we bought our newborn baby home; he often lays near the moses basket watching over the baby. When he is calm his favourite thing is having cuddles on the sofa especially in the evenings.
