Lily is a 12-year-old West Highland Terrier lady who is in an Oldies Club foster home in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Lily is okay to be left for a few hours, and she is crate trained, but she does love human company and cuddles so she wouldn’t suit a working household. Lily is fine when meeting other dogs, but she needs to be the only pet at home as she feels jealous about food and affection. Lily needs a home without cats.

Lily would be best in a home where any children are aged 12 years plus, purely because in her excitement she can be a little over boisterous, and she loves treats so much that she might mistake fingers for sausages. Snuggling with you; relaxing in her special place where she goes to have some me-time and just watch what’s going on; plus food, walkies and trips out. She doesn’t like other dogs encroaching on her space when in the house. She coped with the recent fireworks very well.

A home where she is your only dog and is allowed on the sofa with you. She wants lots of fuss and attention so wants her people around a lot of the time. She enjoys the odd game of fetch for 5 minutes, but she doesn’t bring it back to you.

Lily is vaccinated and microchipped and has been wormed and flea treated. She has had a dental too so has nice clean teeth. She has recently had a season so will need to be spayed in January – Oldies Club will cover the cost of the spay. Lily has slight arthritis in her back legs but no medication is needed yet.
