Happy is a 3 year old, larger size (shoulder height: 62 cm, weight: 28 kg) spayed female Cross-Breed. She was simply damped in front of the shelter mid August, poor girl was obviously not wanted any more. She was expecting puppies when dumped. Happy is a soft natured, friendly girl with a beautiful smiley face who is bearing her totally undeserved punishment with dignity. She is calm and quiet, does not bark or jump up, relaxed around people and never pushy.
She was also comfortable around children and people she’s not familiar with. She is a pleasure to be around and she very deserves a loving home! She is friendly with dogs too and does not like getting into trouble. She is a friendly and placid, does not have a bad bone in her. She lives with a pack of dogs in the shelter currently without issues. She could be an excellent family pet in the right home. She’s not walked regularly on the lead and and we are unsure about her house training needs since her past is unknown.
Happy would be best suited with a family without or with children over 10 where she is not left alone for long periods of time and there’s time for her training. We want her to be treated as a member of the family and loved, respected and cared for accordingly. She could happily live with a friendly doggie mate but she would be equally happy living with her humans to care for her only. As all rescue dogs, she will need love, patience, time and commitment from her adopting family.
Happy is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family’s found for her. She comes fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork.
