Mazli (Lucky) is a 5 month old medium size (shoulder height: 43 cm, weight: 13 kg) male Hungarian Puli Cross who was born into an unwanted litter and was surrendered by the owner. He is a real fighter who survived a nasty distemper infection at the age of 6 weeks and managed to heal completely. By now he’s grown into a beautiful, curly coated bundle of joy with wonderfully long ears that give him an extremely sweet look and brings smiles onto everyone’s faces!
Mazli has been living in a foster family for the past 3 months, he is friendly with everyone and happy around children too. He has a lovely temperament, quite chilled and relaxed, but quite playful who loves soft toys and likes stealing slippers from his humans! He also likes water and likes soaking himself in the paddling pool in hot weather. He is sociable and playful with dogs and compatible with cats too. He will need to be trained to walk on the lead and he may need to be toilet trained. His future family should be prepared for all the pleasure and pain that comes with raising a puppy but I am pretty sure this sweet little boy will be well worth it all!
Mazli would be best suited with a family without or with children over 8 where he is not left alone for long periods of time and there is time for his training. His future family will need to give him time to settle in his new home and continue his socialization and training. He could live with a friendly doggie mate to keep him company, but he would be equally happy living with his humans to care for him only.
Mazli is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for him. He comes fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork. The right owner will need to agree to have him neutered.
