Ruby is a 9 month old female Shih Tzu cross Cavalier. Ruby came into our care due to her owner’s ill health. She did come to us with another dog (Annie), however we are looking for separate homes for these girls but where there is already another resident dog as they have both came from a multi-dog household. Ruby is a typical lively puppy who is full of fun and mischief. Ruby will benefit from a quiet home where any children are over the age of 10 and due to her young age she will need someone around all of the day.
Any resident dogs must be of a compatible age and size and able to tolerate a needy, demanding puppy wanting to play. She has never been around cats. Ruby is not used to being walked and may have accidents in the home so will need patience with both of these issues. She will also require regular grooming. Please take into careful consideration your future circumstances before applying to adopt Ruby as she is only young and will require a lifetime commitment for the next 10+ years.
