Meet Scamp! Scamp is a 2 month old male Cross-Breed puppy. He is currently in a private shelter in Romania until he has a home to go to. He cannot travel until the end of July. Scamp has light brown fur with a lovely black nose and a white chest. Scamp will be a small sized dog, and is estimated to be no bigger than 12kg as an adult.
His Mum can been seen in the photos, but we have no idea who Dad is or what size he is. Scamp is unable to travel by law until he is 16 weeks old, so we are looking at end of July for travel. Scamp will need a lot of socialisation with as many adults, children, dogs (puppies and adults), and other animals as possible. He needs to become used to a wide range of events, environments and situations.
As he is a puppy, with careful introductions he will probably be ok with children and cats. Scamp and his siblings were handed over by a gypsy man and they are now in the safe hands of our rescuer who is a mobile vet, so she will make sure he is kept healthy until he finds his forever home.
As with any puppy he will need to be house trained and lead trained. Scamp is too young to be neutered, but this needs to be done as part of our adoption contract. Scamp will be vaccinated and microchipped. Homecheck and adoption fees apply.
