Omaha is a 2-3 year old male Cross-Breed. This shy girl had a real bad start in life and has been waiting for a home way too long already – it’s just about time she succeed! This sweet girl once had a ’home’…or at least a place she was born to. She lived her life on a pile of thrash, literally, and on top of this she was on a 2m chain. She was malnourished, miserable and scared. But she has come a long way since the day she was found!!
Omaha is a beautiful white cross breed girl, small size, about 8 kg. She is quite shy and timid at first but she becomes really sweet and cuddly once she gets to know you. She currently lives in a foster family with 4 other dogs and fits in the pack perfectly! She’d also lived in boarding kennels before with several dogs therefore she is thoroughly socialized with doggies. She was about 5 month old when she was saved and has spent over 2 years in rescue… She would really deserve a family now to show her the bright side of life!
Due to her past experiences with people, Omaha is quite aloof with strangers and can be quite territorial when someone she does not know enters her territory. She is being trained to be more tolerant and accepting with people in her foster home, and the new owners will need to be aware of this and continue her training and socialization. With her family she is very cuddly and seeking attention, she is a sweet dog with the ones who gained her trust.
