Oszkar is a 9 year old male Hungarian Puli Cross. This sweet boy was found in the streets of rural Hungary and the owner could not be tracked as his microchip was not registered. He’s been living in the shelter for the past 6 months and is being well loved by the shelter staff! Oszkar is a nearly 9 year old, medium size Puli (cross), with a beautiful black coat which will need some grooming. He has a nice temperament, he is very attached to people and wants to be around you and please you all the time.
He’s compatible with all dogs, male and female, but he’s not much interested or bothered by them. He would rather spend time with his humans and have a nice tummy rub if he could choose! He has no aggression in him at all towards anyone, he is quite a patient and tolerant dog. He must have lived in a family once as he is very human-centered. He’s been tested with cats and was friendly with them too. He walks fine on the lead but he is not walked regularly. He also traveled calmly in the car in a travel crate.
Oszkar would be best suited for a family without children who are happy to spend precious time with him and would not leave him alone for long periods. He could live with a friendly doggie mate but he would probably be happiest living with his family to care for him only. He could live with cats in the household as he’s been tested with them.
Oszkar is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family’s found for him. He comes fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork.
