Cronus – 3 year old male Jura Hound Cross

Cronus is a 3 year old male Jura Hound Cross. Cronus is a rescue from Cyprus. He has flown to the UK, to help his forever family find him. He is currently living with his foster mum in Birmingham. Here is a little about him: Cronus is perhaps best described as a big, lovable, toddler. He loves to play, needs a little work on his manners and gives amazing cuddles! Cronus is happy to sleep through the night in his own bed. He is house-trained and can be left alone but he does not like closed doors or to be left out if something is going on in the house! Like a toddler he loves his food and goes to great lengths to sniff out anything dairy but has not been near the fruit bowl!

Cronus wants to be everyone’s friend, child, adult or dog. However we’re not sure about cats and it is a definite ‘no’ to smaller furry animals! Since arriving in the UK he has been working on basic training but he does need his new human to be prepared to continue with his basic training to help him become the amazing pet that you want him to be. Cronus walks with enthusiasm on the lead and is improving. He presently has no sense of re-call but he has not been trained on this yet.

What does Cronus need to make his tail wag? In truth, not a lot…. He is a dog with a big heart and personality but he is also physically big and he needs a home where his clumsy, playful paws don’t upset his humans. Preferably Cronus would like a fairly large garden and a warm spot to relax in every evening. He tends to be asleep by 7pm and loves this to be at his human’s feet, or by the fire.

Cronus is 100% love and he just needs someone to show him how to express this and behave with humans.
