Tammi is a 3 year old female Dachshund. Tammi is a very sweet little girl who is no longer required for breeding. She has had a tough start to life and is taking her time to get used to home comforts. She can get quite worried on the lead but she does enjoy being carried out . Given time Tammi will enjoy the great out doors but patience will be needed to allow her to conquer her fears at her own pace and without being forced.
She is good when meeting people and dogs, Tammi gets a great deal of her confidence from the resident dogs and she will only be re homed where there is already a gentle similar sized dog in situ, another Dashund would be perfect.
Tammi travels well in the car. She will need new owners that are happy to continue her training and socialisation and be patient with her when she makes a mistake. Tammi has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. She is also up to date with her flea and worming treatments. Tammi has had her teeth scaled and polished. She is currently being fostered in Hertfordshire, SG13.
