Dumas and Dickens are 6 and 3 year old male Scenthounds. “We are all in the same water well, but some of us look at the stars”. They were saved by one of us in the northern Spain from being run over on the highway and this makes them very special for this team. They were probably “hunting abandonments” because of the deplorable conditions in which they were found and the lack of identification.
They are safe now, and after visiting the vet, they are regaining their strength after being abandoned for a while. They are a lovely couple, extremely noble, social and kind. Perfect with humans, other dogs and cats. Dickens, the Scent hound, is shyer but once he trusts you he is as affectionate as Dumas, the griffon.
They love, take care and protect each other. There is a special bond between them and we want to respect it. They have to be rehomed together because whoever meets them will understand just by seeing them that they cannot live apart.
Both are currently in care in Spain but ready to reach together their forever home in the U.K.! They are castrated, microchipped, blood tested, up to date with vaccinations and flea and worming treatments and comes with a full passport.
