Sheila is an eight to nine year old female Cross-Breed. She has come to us recently from the Botosani public shelter in Romania. She was a sad and depressed girl who looked even more pitiful due to her deformed bottom lip. This is a commonly seen injury in shelter dogs after another dog has grabbed the lip through the kennel bars and injured it.
Since arrival in the UK Sheila has surprised us all. She is no longer the trembling, cowering dog that lived in the very back of the pen. She is quiet and calm but very happy to have human affection and very much loves her walks.
She is okay with the dogs she came over with but can be very growly with other dogs in the foster home particularly if they so much as look at a bed she considers is hers! In light of this we are thinking she would perhaps like to be the only dog in the home !
Sheila would be ok with respectful children of ten years and older but really just wants a quiet life. Sheila fostered Norwich Norfolk.
All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless the dog is too young to be neutered). If you are interested please message or call between 9am to 5pm Mon – Fri 9am to 4pm Sat.
