Oliver is a young handsome 1 year old male German Wire-Haired Pointer Cross. He has just arrived at the shelter. He is very active and loves people, he is cuddly and affectionate, however he seems very scared of the other dogs and growls if they come near.
He will soon be neutered and we will see how he progresses as he gains confidence at the shelter. He is currently very obsessed with food, hopefully this will gradually reduce as he realises he no longer has to worry where the next meal is coming from.
Oliver was rescued from a horrible pound in Extremadura in the south of Spain, he will now be tested for leish, the results will be back soon but this is a leish area, so we would advise regular testing.
