Lorna is a four year old medium sized Cross-Breed, possibly some Boxer in the mix. We met Lorna on our trip to Romania last year at the spayathon. She had actually been spayed by Rudi and his team two years before but still hung round the area and the lady who cared for her asked if we would help her. After all that time she still didn’t even have a name to call her own so we called her Lorna and here she is now in the UK looking for a new home. Lorna fostered in Norwich.
Lorna rather lulled us into a false sense off security on our trip. There she was a quiet and demure little girl who looked at us with pleading eyes but she has entered her UK foster home with rather a different set of characteristics!
Lorna is actually rather an overgrown pup who loves her walks and to play with toys, she is all about the fun things in life. Lorna would really like to be an only dog as she’s not over keen on sharing her new found domestic bliss.
Lorna is currently living with children in her foster home and she idolises them but she would be a bit much for less dog savvy children and would be better in a home with no children under ten. Lorna loves being brushed and is learning all kinds of new life skills in her foster home with quiet encouragement and positive reinforcement. She’s just a sweet natured super enthusiastic girl eager to be part of a family.
Lorna can be quite stubborn and determined so needs an experienced adopter who will not allow her to always get her own way!
