Bonnie is a 4 year old female French Bulldog. She came into our care after her owner sadly passed away and no one in the family wanted her. Unfortunately with the absence of her owner we do not know much about Bonnie’s history and therefore we are looking for a home where any children are aged 12+. When Bonnie arrived she was very underweight and suffering from a skin condition. Her ears were also sore and infected requiring ear drops.
It appears that Bonnie may have undergone surgery on her back legs in the past to repair luxating patellas. Bonnie will require medication for her skin for the rest of her life so her new owner must be financially secure and able to support this. Further information will be provided if you call the rescue.
Bonnie is an adorable and friendly girl, she has been a delight to care for since arriving with us. We feel she will make a fantastic addition to the family and should fit well into most homes. We would like a home for Bonnie where she won’t be left alone for long periods throughout the day.
Before coming to us Bonnie was tried with another dog but they did not get on very well in the home and therefore we feel that she would be best suited as the only dog. We do not know at this stage how she would be with cats.
