Melli is a 10 year old female Cross-Breed. We found her in the public shelter in huge pain as she could not eat her food. We took her to the vet, who removed a huge amount of black tooth rot, and x-rayed her and discovered a tumour on her neck.
We had the tumour removed whilst she was in Romania, and the tumour sent away for testing which was negative. She recovered in a foster home in Romania before coming to the UK in December and loves people and children but guards her food when eating next to other dogs.
She would be a lovely dog for an older person, and ideally an only dog as she really loves lots of fuss and a quiet house. She has lots of short walks and as an older girl does not want long walks. She is on Yumove supplements in her foster home.
She really just wants to eat, sleep, have a potter round and lots of love and cuddles and really will make a perfect companion dog. Fostered in Buckinghamshire.
