Henry is a very handsome 8 month old male Bull Breed cross. We are not sure what mix he is but he could have American Bulldog and perhaps Old English Bulldog in him. He is currently a medium size dog but clearly has some growing to do . He came into our care from the inspectors.
Henry has become a firm favourite at the kennels with both staff and dog walkers alike and is a very special boy. He is boisterous and does jump up but he is also the biggest softie. He will happily sit on you for lots of cuddles and is always friendly. He did initially have a habit of jumping and biting his lead on walks but this has greatly improved . He may still do this for a very short while but then he does settle down and is fabulous on the lead. He is very smart and picks things up very quickly.
Henry is looking for a home where he will have company for most of the day. He really is still a puppy so could do with someone who is around with additional training . He could live with children of secondary school age ( he could knock over younger children). He could possibly live with another neutered dog if they prove to be a good match. He is not to be rehomed with cats.
Henry does have mild hip dysplasia . It does not cause him any problems at present but this is something that potential adopters have to be aware of and monitor.
