Hello, my name is Cleo and I’m a little rescue Beagle. A team if wonderful rescuers helped me to move out of a pound in Northern Spain where I had previously been kept to hunt rabbits. I was kept hungry and outside to make me better at it but it didn’t work and I was thrown in the dog pound.

I’m still somewhat scared and recovering from my previous life. My rescuers thought I was around 4 but vets think I’m around 2 and I’m very playful. I came to a home in Stratford Upon Avon but I’m the only dog here and I’m missing doggie company dreadfully. I would prefer to be in a home with another dog so that I can play and learn better how to be a pet dog. I am a bit scared of younger children and would do better with more predictable older children.

I do if course need a very secure garden as us beagles love to climb out of places. I quite like climbing on the dinning room table as well. I don’t want to be left at home all days so a home where people are around for part of the working day would be good.

Prior to coming to England I was neutered, fully vaccinated and blood tested and all my results were clear. I’m in top top health. I’m very human friendly but I’m still learning how to be a pet dog so that is why I’d like to be in a home with another doggie. I am housetrained.

My rescue require a completed application, a volunteer Homecheck and a rescue fee to give me security of the right new home.
Presently I’m in Stratford-Upon-Avon but I can move to my new home. I’m really looking forward to settling into my forever home. Don’t mJe me wait please.
