Rio is a 4 year old male Border Terrier Cross. Whilst he can be a little bit nervous and shy at first meeting, Rio soon comes around and is a very friendly dog who really enjoys human company.
He would like a quiet home, with an owner who is active as he loves exploring and going out and about for long walks. Rio could live with a family who have older children, of 13 years or older, and whilst he has been in our care he has been fine with the other dogs that he has met and so he may be able to live with another dog given careful introductions.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any history of how Rio would be living with a cat.
