Indy is a two and a half year old medium sized Cross-Breed. Indy lived the first two years of her life on the streets in Hunodoara in Romania. She was a friendly and playful girl who greeted the villagers warmly and played happily with the children there. Until one day a mean minded man took it upon herself to call the dog catchers to get her. She was unceremoniously dumped into a public shelter where a nightmare few weeks began for her. Indy is fostered in Erdington, Birmingham.
A negligent vet spayed her in filthy conditions using inadequate materials and when she was discovered by rescuers in the weeks that followed the aftermath of such poor practice had left her with an infection that would certainly have killed her if left any longer. Indy is now fit and well and in a UK foster home. She is living perfectly harmoniously with other dogs and a small child. She can now be a little hesitant with new people but once she knows you is very friendly and playful.
We can restore this girls faith in humans. She’s seen the good in people before and that is most certainly all she will see from now on!
