Sam is an 11 year old male Labrador Cross. He has come into rescue following a change in his owners circumstances. Please don’t overlook him due to his age as he really is a great lad who still loves life and has plenty of energy. He is good with other dogs, he will let the young pups know when they are being too much but is totally appropriate. As you would imagine his days of being destructive when left are well behind him. Essentially he is a really easy charming chap.
He is fine to be left for short periods, is clean in the house and not destructive, is interested in the cats so either cat free or a very dog savvy cat would be okay. Sam loves his walks and is still very energetic and happy to go for as long or short a walk as you can give. He is really enjoying being out and about so owners with a garden and able to ensure he gets his walks are a must.
Sam travels well in the car, again no issues at all. We only have a limited history for Sam so older children who are used to dogs please 10+. He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatments. He is currently being fostered in Grays Essex. Home check and set donation applies.
