Zena is a 3 year old female Collie Cross currently fostered in Norfolk. We rescued Zena as a young puppy in Romania and she came to the UK at 6 months old. Unfortunately due to the adopters circumstances and through no fault of her own she had to be returned to our charity last month.
Zena is now in foster with other dogs and a cat. She also lived with cats in her previous home and has been great so would not hesitate for her to go to a home with cats. Zena is a sensitive girl and needs an adopter who will be gentle with her. Once she knows you and relaxes she is a cheeky playful girl and quite the cuddle monster.
She’ll be sure to dab you to keep stroking her! Zena definitely has some collie traits and would be good for someone who likes this breed of dog. She thrives on routine and likes a quiet life. Zena can be fearful of men, she is currently living with one in her foster home and it has taken some weeks for her to be more comfortable around him. Zena would be happiest in an adult only home and preferably with another dog.
