We are delighted to introduce Polly, is a 3 year old female Cross-Breed. She arrived from Romania recently and is now in foster care in Wakefield. Polly is a beautiful little lady, learning about how to have fun and her new world. Polly is very sociable with dogs and has settled well with other dogs in the home. After just a short time here she has learned that cuddles and chin tickles are quite nice!
Polly is a little lady and won’t be growing anymore, however does need to expand her waist line just a little. Nothing that good meals and cheeky tit bits can’t sort out. We have been working hard with her toilet training and is 95% of the way there, crate training has helped immensely with this as she is clean in her bedroom. Polly fits in well with the chaos of a four dog household. With a little bit of chicken and fuss she will be anyones best friend, desperate for cuddles and fuss.
Polly is not cat or child tested as of yet, but this can be arranged if needed. Polly has met the resident indoor guinea pigs and likes to cry at them… a little confused but with any small animals, dogs should be supervised and have sensible interactions. Polly is food orientated, like many Romanians, however we haven’t seen any aggression around this shes just a little eager. This will play in Pollys favour when training as we see lots of potential in her, shes a bright little button. Potentially a bit of agility work as I’m sure she is part mountain goat!
