Steve is a 13 year old Chihuahua who is adorable and loves other dogs. He’s not quite house trained but is almost there in his foster home – we think this boy has been used for breeding. He also has dry eye which medication will sort out. He’s as pretty as a picture and such a happy fella- loves a little walk and a potter.
