Gombi is a 1 year old male Hungarian Puli Cross with a beautiful black coat which will need some grooming. He has a charming temperament, he is very attached to people, cuddly and likes being around you and getting your attention. This gorgeous boy was handed in to the shelter with his sister 2 months ago. They were not microchipped hence no owner could be found.
He’s sociable and friendly with all dogs, male and female. He is playful and likes playing with a ball. He is very intelligent, adaptable, trainable and cooperating well with humans. He is quite calm, gentle and well balanced who likes being outside socializing and discovering his environment, but waits patiently in his kennel until it’s his turn if needs be. He’s been tested with cats and was friendly with them too. He walks nicely on the lead but he is not walked regularly. He also traveled calmly in the car.
Gombi would be best suited for a family without or with children over 6 who are happy to spend precious time with him and would not leave him alone for long periods. He is still very young and hence his training and gentle introduction to the world around him will need to be continued. He could live with a friendly doggie mate but he would be equally happy living with his family to care for him only.
Gombi is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family’s found for him. He comes fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork.
