Penny is an 11 year old female Shih Tzu. Penny the shih tzu needs a new home as her mum has had to go into a home. This 11 year old girl is almost blind so just likes to potter in the garden. She loves company and doesn’t do stairs in foster in Essex – must be able to travel to see dog.
