Novo is a 6 month old male Husky cross Fox Terrier. Sweet handsome puppy Novo will grow to be a medium sized boy. He has a soft wiry black, tan and white coat, and he is very sociable and affectionate, not shy at all. His parents were Husky and Fox Terrier (we have a picture of the parents). At the moment, he weighs 14 kg and is medium sized, standing 50 cm tall (withers) and 73 cm long, and he he won’t grow much because they mostly inherited the Fox Terrier genes, not much from the husky dad.
He is very affectionate and friendly with people and other dogs with an outgoing character. These pups have a happy disposition and are real characters. We are working on their lead training and house training now but they fit in here very well. He is in a foster home in Spain can travel to the UK once he has a home to go to. Adoption Fee : £385 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account.
Adopting A DogWatch UK Rescue Dog: Before being adopted, dogs will have bee vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas. If old enough they will have been neutered, if too young the new owners will need to ensure this is done. All dogs are microchipped. All new owners can apply for 4 weeks Pet Insurance FREE, to be activated from the link on our website.
For Rescue Dogs coming from overseas: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog including – microchip, pet passport, vaccines, tests for South European diseases, neutering (IF OLD ENOUGH), parasite treatment and transport to the UK. We can not home dogs from overseas to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough. Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
To apply to adopt please fill in our adoption application.
