Ella is a 4 year old female Cross-Breed. Ella is a beautiful girl that unfortunately hasn’t had the best start in life and finds herself in rescue kennels. Ella would need a calm environment with ideally an experienced couple or single person where she can be the centre of attention as an only pet, she can become quite anxious of visitors within her home so a quiet home where someone is around would be perfect where she can bond with just 1 or 2 adults. Ella enjoys her walks but is also quite happy enjoying her home comforts.
Ella was brought over to the UK from Greece by another organisation over two years ago. It’s debatable to say whether she was ‘rescued’ or not. Undoubtedly life was hard as a street dog but she was living the life that she and generations before had and have lived, tough, certainly, but freedom to roam and interact with her canine companions. Since coming to the UK she has been constantly kenneled, locked away apart from hopefully one walk per day with little contact with the outside world, heart breaking.
In an ideal world she would be transported back to her home to live the life she knows but of course this isn’t possible, so what does she have to look forward to, a life behind bars. We need to find that special someone for her, she is desperate to bond with someone, she is so anxious to please and will protect you at all costs. She needs time and patience to be allowed to become the most loyal of companions.
