Demelza is 4 years old and arrived in rescue with her son Poldark. When they arrived they were both terribly shy and totally un-handleable, but never ever vicious. Several months of love and patience later and little Demelza is now loving life (and cuddles) and is ready for a home of her own.
She is still very shy and will need a quiet place where her new owners will be prepared to take things at her pace and give her time to reach her full potential but once she starts to trust you is just the sweetest, most loving of dogs.
She is quite shy around other dogs (although she lives with dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages) so may benefit from just one quiet dog to take her confidence from. She also lives quite happily alongside 3 cats with no problems at all. Demelza is currently in foster near Glasgow.
