Please meet Cesar. He is just over 12 months old and is small medium in size weighing about 10-12 kilos and is in foster near Glasgow. He is a little friendly boy who is a little shy at first but once he trusts you he’s your best mate for life. This little lad is full of love and joy, plays so lovely with the other dogs and when he has a cuddle it’s like his whole body melts into you.
When he is happy he wags his wee bum like he is about to take off He gets on great with other dogs and is an all round total sweetheart.
