Abby is a 3 year old female Cross-Breed. Abby another young mixed breed girl who though rehomed for past 18 months with no problems has now had an altercation with the older resident dog ( no one present in room at time so do not know what cause was) so we need to find her another home. She is very affectionate and loves nothing more than a cuddle on the sofa. She is however very high energy and will play or zoom all day given half the chance.
She currently has a 45 min walk twice a day and although she has excellent recall and basic manners around the home if off lead whilst on walks if off lead she will race over and bark at other dogs and people( not aggressively she is just too eager to say hello ). She is also quite strong on the lead but with a Beapher gentle leader halter on. She is not strong at all and we would recommend she has one of these for walks. She is not a greedy dog and can be quite picky with food.
She can be timid with loud noises, for instance she was scared of the clicker when clicker training was started and her default if something does stress her out is to bark. She is an absolutely beautiful dog who just adores all people. A home where she could be will people most of the time would really suit her as she is so happy to have company and is a real people person. Has been fine left with no issues ( this was with another dog for company).
Abby was 100% with other dogs but unfortunately has had an altercation with the older resident dog in the home after they had.
