Little Milo is a Terrier mix approx 5 month old boy being fostered in Spain with his sister Maya. This little lad along with his sister were dumped in Spain thrown away like many young dogs like rubbish – the rescue we work with offered them sanctuary and lucky for these two a lovely lady who was meant to be having a break from fostering when she saw them terrified and cowering knew kennels were no place for them they desperately needed the one to one a foster home can only bring and took them home with her.
Both over the last few weeks have done really well – Milo is the least confident of the two – the more sensitive given half the chance his sister will steal his food and he will let her – he is getting used to the lead and harness now but still finds it very scary outside the home and garden is has grown used to but each week this will get better – once he knows and trusts you he is a very loving little boy – he will need a special home to help him with his confidence – a think another gentle dog for him to learn from would be ideal.
He is getting there but will be work in progress – he needs an experienced him as he will need a lot of love and patience – he may always be nervous but he is also very loving and has a big heart – but somebody has broken his so early in his young life and now we are showing him what good people most humans are and now he is trusting his confidence is growing. He like his sister likes to sleep on your head.
