Coco and JJ are Shar Pei litter brothers of 3 years of age. They came to us at SP&SPRS due to their owner no being able to care for them due to ill health. For litter brothers they couldn’t be more different in looks and temperament. Coco (the chocolate colour) is a big cuddly teddy bear who loves everyone and enjoys playing with his toys and having lots of attention. JJ (blue flowered) is a typical Shar Pei and can take time to warm to strangers but once he knows you he enjoys attention. JJ doesn’t play with toys but will sometimes play with a tennis ball.
JJ also has typical Shar Pei skin issues so needs a grain free diet, and regular baths. These brothers are a very bonded pair so MUST be homed together. We are looking for a Shar Pei experienced home for these lovely lads who have now been in kennels for over 18 months !
Coco and JJ will need a home with children no younger than 16 due to JJ having been reported to sometimes growl if disturbed whilst sleeping. Coco is good with other dogs but JJ is initially defensive so they would take time to adjust to another dog in the household. The boys will chase cats so a no cat home is needed.
