Acebo – 2 year old male Spanish Mastin

Acebo is a 2 year old male Spanish Mastin. Beautiful, graceful, dark brindle and white large Mastin lad, weighing 50.1 kg and standing 68 cm high (withers) and 106 cm long (nose-bottom). This lovely boy is very trusting of people, very affectionate, which reinforces our idea that he had someone taking care of him before he was found. He is sociable with all dogs, he loves playing with other dogs, males and females. He is been in contact with children and he was fine around them, he was gentle and he loved the attention.

Acebo was brought to the Spanish pound in October 2018 by the police after being found wandering around the area. He was clean, well groomed, even a bit chubby… so it looks like he belonged to someone, but nobody has claimed him. He loves going on walks, he’s active and playful but also a calm big boy with a very noble personality. The Spanish rescue can introduce him to a cat to see his reaction if required. Current location is in Spain can travel to the UK once he has a home to go to. Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, Neutered, Microchipped, Pet Passport, FREE 4 weeks Pet Insurance to be activated from the link on our website, Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.

For Dogs coming from Spain: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (if old enough), parasite treatment and transport to the UK. We can not home dogs from Spain to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered.

They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough. Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.

Adoption Fee : £ 295 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account.
