Maxi is a 6 month old male German Shepherd Dog. Maxi has come into rescue through no fault of his own and is a truly wonderful lad. For those knowing the breed he really is a stunner. We would like new owners who are around for a good part of the day and who have the time to commit to ensuring that Maxi received all the training he can to ensure he grows into a well behaved social adult dog. He travels well in the car, is clean in the house and walks well on his lead.

Maxi can sometimes be strong on the lead but this is just normal young pup excited to be out and about. Continued training and maturity will soon resolve this. We would like an active home, preferably with breed experience for Maxi, he is great with other dogs and could be re homed with or without a resident dog.

We know he is stunning, but please do consider fully before applying, that you are able to commit to potentially the next 12 years with this lad. Maxi is fine to be homed with older children who are used to living with large bouncy dogs. We do not know how he is with cats.

Maxi has been vaccinated, micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment. He will need to be neutered at the correct time as part of the Adoption Agreement (reduced cost neutering is available through our vets on request). He is currently being fostered in Beckenham Kent.
