Please meet Beautiful Ben! Ben is a gorgeous Golden Retriever of 8 years old, he came to us when he was found straying and left unclaimed, He was a very worried boy when he arrived but now, is an absolute gent! He is quite the regal gent, he walks beautifully on the lead and is house trained, most of the day he spends snoozing on the sofa however he loves his food and walks! Ben is a gentle giant who is mother hen to our tiny puppies. He loves other dogs but we feel he would be happier as the only dog in the home.
He could be homed either where there is a resident female dog or he would have plenty of contact with dogs. He is not destructive at all and is quite content being left for short periods. He is a very undemanding and lazy boy, would suit an older person or couple. This lovely old chap would make a fantastic addition to any family as he is really laid back and undemanding, but equally a lovely cuddly loyal companion!
Ben loves to chase birds and small furries, and although he is an older lad, he comes alive when he has toys or a ball! Ben will do anything for food. He cant give you his paws quick enough!! He is a little bit on the slim size so needs feeding up!
Ben is castrated, and chipped. He is flea and wormed. Could you give this gentle giant the retirement home he deserves?
