Introducing Tommy, a 4 year old Shih Tzu who is constantly on the go! He provides non-stop entertainment to the people around him, and certainly leaves you with a smile on your face. Tommy is a cheeky chap who will need an active home to provide him with the exercise and fun activates he needs to minimise his mischief making! Tommy requires some time to become comfortable with new people, but once he’s comfortable he has a lot of love to give and is super keen to please you. He’s become more confident every day with making new human friends here at the centre and we can certainly see the difference in him already.
Tommy needs a quieter home where he is the only dog so all the attention is on him. Due to Tommy requiring more confidence around new people we feel he is better suited to a home without children. Tommy is used to being left for short amounts of time, and is fully house trained. Tommy has several quirks that we feel would benefit from an experienced owner taking the time to work with Tommy. He loves nothing more than exploring new places with lots of smells to investigate and then flaking out by the fire at the end of the day.
