Flossie is a 2 year old female Bichon Frise. Little Flossie has come to us as she is no longer needed for breeding. She is an adorable little girl but she is very nervous as expected. Flossie knows nothing of life in the home and everything is new and quite scary for her. Flossie also has cataracts which mean she has limited sight. We suspect she was born with cataracts and as she is currently coping well would not look to remove them as the risk of her loosing her sight completely is quite high. We will be happy to discuss this further with any suitable applicants.

Everything is new and scary for her so she will need to be re homed with at least one other similar sized resident dog who is confident and gentle. This will help her gain confidence and settle into life as a much loved pet.

She will need new owners who are around for most of the day and any children should be older teenagers or just visiting occasionally. It will take Flossie a little time to trust humans and blossom. Flossie will learn to love life and enjoy herself in time.

Ex breeding dogs are fiercely loyal and loving once they have bonded with you nothing will ever get in their way, it can be hard work at times but the rewards you receive from giving these dogs a chance at a new life, far outweigh any of the time and patience they need. Flossie has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment. She is currently being fostered in Aldershot Hampshire.
