CJ is a 6 month old male Chihuahua cross Jack Russell Terrier. I’m quite surprised this little lad hasn’t been snapped up yet. He has come into rescue because his owners no longer have time for him alongside work commitments. He is a happy typical little puppy who needs a home committed to continuing with his puppy training, socializing, obedience, lead walking etc although he is generally a very confident little well rounded puppy.
CJ is doing well with the dogs in foster although did try to hump them prior to his neuter, this has since been done but may take a little while longer for his hormones to settle down. CJ has lived with children previously and is very good with them, however due to his tiny size we will not be accepting applications with very young children. Although he is doing well with his house training overall, he did scent mark before his neuter, this again is improving since having the procedure done. New adopters will need to be aware that it may crop up in a new environment however is easily redirected.
CJ is crate trained and non destructive in the home, he is happy to be left for small duration of time. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and will be subject to a homecheck and adoption donation. He will also come with 4 weeks free insurance and a voucher for a box of free food.
