Aida is an 8 year old female Cross-Breed female from Romania, currently being fostered in Fife, Scotland. This gentle older lady has started to come out of her shell with the care and help of her foster mum, and she is proving to be a very sweet and loving girl. Aida can be quite shy at first, but is growing in confidence with the help of her foster brother too. She can sometimes be unsure in new situations but Aida is eager to please.

She is working on learning her basic commands and gaining confidence when walking on the lead – we have no doubt she will pick these up. She travels well in the car and can be left alone for short periods of time. Aida has not experienced living with cats. Aida would suit a calm and peaceful home environment with an experienced adopter who can build on the work of her foster mum and continue with her ongoing training needs.

Aida would also benefit hugely from having another friendly, confident dog in the household as she really enjoys the company of her foster brother. She could live with older children but introductions would still need to be handled carefully as she can be timid around strangers. She likes the slower pace of life and would like nothing more than to cuddle and curl into a lap.
