Evie is a 5 year old female Poodle cross Schnauzer. Evie has come to us as she is no longer needed for breeding, she is a sweet little girl who is a little overwhelmed at the moment. Life is all very new and rather scary for Evie who is not used to life in a home with so many sounds and sights. We would like new owners who are around for most of the day and another similar sized resident dog who is well mannered and social to help teach Evie about being a pampered pet.
She can be homed with older sensible children who understand she may be nervous and who will allow her to settle in at her own pace. Evie knows nothing about walking on a lead or toilet training, her foster mum has started teaching her all of this but her new owners will need to continue her training.
Evie is getting braver by the day and does like to be close to her human, she is enjoying being stroked and made a fuss of. It will take her some time to adjust but with a little patience and lots of positive support she will make a wonderful companion. She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.
Evie has also had a full denatla and her teeth cleaned and polished. She is currently being fostered in Uckfield East Sussex.
