Lily is a 1 year old small – medium sized corgi/collie looking dog, her true breeding will never be known exactly! We met Lily begging outside a supermarket in Romania at the end of April this year. We took her to be spayed and as she had a foster offer we were able to give her the chance of a better life. She was far too sweet and friendly to leave on the streets. She arrived in the U.K. towards the end of June and has been doing very well in her foster home in the New Forest, Hampshire.
It’s incredible that in the space of 6 weeks she went from living on the streets begging for food to a pampered pooch in the UK. It’s now time for Lily to find a forever home of her own. She is currently in foster with two other dogs (1 being another Rommie from us ). She has learnt to walk well on a lead and not worried by the free roaming ponies/donkeys in the forest and cars etc She can still be a little bit nervous of visitors to the home and feels happier watching from the distance but she really just needs a family with patience and time to socialise her.
At the moment she would really prefer a home with older children/adults only. She is very cuddly and affectionate with her foster family and loves to play. She is a young girl, lovely size with lots of potential. Please enquire for more information.
