Gretal is a 1 year old female Cross-Breed. Gretal is a rescue from Cyprus who has flown a foster home in Atherstone whilst she waits for her forever family to find her. Here is a little about her. Whilst we do not know exactly what breeds she may have in her mix, (there may be a hint of beagle, with a little bit of pointer and touch of terrier!) what we do know is that she is small, has the most amazing, shiny, chocolate pudding coloured, smooth coat and is 100% adorable.
Gretal is also very sweet, and eager to please. She loves nothing more than a bit of a fuss and a tummy tickle! She is so happy to be in the UK and appreciates the new found comforts that she now has. Gretal has not had the luckiest of starts to her life and we want her now to find her perfect home. She gets on well with all people and other dogs. She may be a little timid when first meeting you but once her trust grows she will adore you forever. Like any new dog joining your family she would benefit from more basic training and would love a family who will have time for regular fun walks and who have time to show her just how great her life can be. She would also like her own safe, secure garden to play and relax in and perhaps cuddles on the sofa at the end of each day.
Gretal would love humans of her very own, who she can greet each morning with a waggy tail. We have no doubt that if you meet her you will fall completely in love.
