This beautiful girl is called Megan as she was found after the day of the Royal Wedding! She is a young, fawn coloured black masked, German Shepherd cross big puppy girl with a very pretty face and a wonderful calm nature. She is sociable with other dogs and walks well on a lead so we feel at some point she has been someones pet. We are still getting to know her, but we feel she is going to be a lovely girl, she has such a sweet nature and loves everyone she meets. Megan was found in Spain taking shelter in an underground car park by one of the shelter volunteers, she was alone and very thirsty and hungry. They have no idea how long she had been out there on her own but she is now safe and our aim is to find her a good home.
Current location is in Spain can travel to the UK once she has a home to go to. Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, spayed, microchipped, Pet Passport, FREE 4 weeks Pet Insurance to be activated from the link on our website. Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.
For Dogs coming from Spain: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering , parasite treatment and transport to the UK. We can not home dogs from Spain or Portugal to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods.
A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough. Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
